Who you are dealing with

Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send the confirmation email, and until then we may decline it, for example if a price was listed in error or if the item cannot be produced. Prices are in US dollars and include shipping inside the United States. We can change prices at any time, but never after an order has been accepted.
Made to order
Every item is printed after you order it. That is why the returns policy covers faults, damage and loss rather than fit or preference, and why an order cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Product images
The photographs on this site are mockups produced by our print partner. They show the artwork placement and the garment accurately, but a screen is not a fabric, and colour can shift slightly between a monitor and a finished print.
Artwork and the Alpha name
The Alpha Merch name, the lion mark and every graphic printed on these garments belong to us. Buying a piece buys you the piece. It does not license the artwork for reproduction, resale or commercial use.
Your account
If you create an account, keep the password to yourself and tell us if you think somebody else has it. You are responsible for what happens under your login.
Limits
We stand behind what we make, and the returns policy is the remedy on offer. Beyond replacing or refunding the item, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here removes a right you have under law that cannot be signed away.
Changes and governing law
These terms can change, and the version live on this page when you order is the version that governs that order. They are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Alpha Merch operates.
