Alpha Merch is the apparel side of the Alpha name. One graphic, chosen blanks, and nothing made before somebody asks for it.

Nothing made in advance

There is no warehouse behind this store. Every piece is printed after the order is placed, which takes two to five business days before it ships. That is slower than pulling a folded shirt off a shelf, and it is the trade we chose on purpose. No clearance rack, no leftover boxes, no pile of last season sizes waiting to be discounted into a landfill.

The blank comes first

The garment is picked before the graphic is. A print is only ever as good as the thing it is printed on, and the blank is the one part of this that cannot be fixed afterwards. Heavier fleece where it should be heavy. Four-way stretch where it has to move. Cut and sewn from printed panels where the design runs edge to edge.

Fixed if it is wrong

A misprint, a flaw in the garment, a piece damaged on the way to you: send a photo within thirty days and a replacement goes out. You do not pay for it and you do not ship the first one back. The full policy is on the returns page.
