How long it takes
Two timers run back to back, and the total is what matters.

So a typical order lands within one to two weeks of being placed. Production is the part that does not move: nothing is sitting on a shelf, so nothing can be grabbed and posted the same afternoon.
What it costs
Shipping inside the United States is free on every order, with no minimum. The cost is already carried in the price on the product page, so the number you see in the cart is the number you pay.
Where we ship
United States addresses only for now, including APO and FPO. If you are outside the US and want a piece, write to orders@alphamerch.store and we will tell you honestly whether we can get it to you.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed the moment the parcel leaves the print facility. If nothing has arrived in your inbox by the sixth business day after ordering, check the spam folder first and then write to us.
If it does not arrive
A parcel that shows as delivered but is not in your hands is usually with a neighbour or still on the truck; give it forty eight hours. After that, contact us and we will open it with the carrier. A parcel lost in transit is replaced at no cost to you, as set out on the returns and refunds page.
Where it ships from, and where to write
Parcels leave the print facility that made them, so the return address printed on the label is theirs and not ours. Nothing needs to be posted back to us in any case — a fault, a misprint or a parcel lost on the way is settled from a photograph, as the returns and refunds page sets out.
