Privacy
What we collect, why we have it, and how to make us delete it.
What we collect
- What you type into checkout: name, email, shipping address, and phone if you give one.
- What you ordered, and what it cost.
- Your email address if you hand it to the newsletter box.
- Ordinary web data your browser sends: IP address, pages viewed, and the cookies described below.
We never see or store your full card number. Card details go straight to the payment processor and are handled under their security, not ours.
Why we have it
To take the order, print it, ship it, answer you when you write in, and meet the tax and accounting records we are required to keep. If you asked for the newsletter, to send it. Nothing else.
Who else sees it
Only the companies that make the order happen, and only the part each one needs.
- Our print and fulfilment partner, so the piece can be made and posted.
- The carrier, so it can be delivered.
- The payment processor, so the card can be charged.
- BigCommerce, which runs this store.
We do not sell your data, rent it, or hand it to anybody for advertising.
Cookies
The store sets the cookies it needs to keep a cart and a login working, and analytics cookies that tell us which pages get read. You can refuse or clear cookies in your browser, and the cart will stop remembering you if you do.
Order emails are sent because you ordered, and cannot be switched off while an order is live. Marketing email only goes to people who asked for it, and every one of those carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
Children
This store is not aimed at children under thirteen and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Your say over it
Write to orders@alphamerch.store, call (602) 935-0882, or write by post to Alpha Merch, PO Box 17154, Fountain Hills, AZ 85269, United States, and ask to see what we hold on you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. We will do it, subject only to records we are legally obliged to keep, such as completed order and tax records.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the new version goes up on this page.
